Herbs and Holistic Practices

Hope all is well with you and yours. Today I am giving thanks for herbs and wholistic practices. Most herbs that I consume come from teas, but I do choose to use certain herbs for colds, flu and cleanses. I consume green tea, rooibos and ginger regularly. I have never been a fan of pharmaceuticals, and once I began working in the legal field, I seen the power and effect these companies and drugs had on the world. I suggest that if you have been prescribed to use modern medicine or practices, get a second opinion and explore alternative medicine or practices. I also recommend you try a massage, reiki, reflexology, acupuncture or one of the many practices that are out there. If you do prior to a need, they can improve overall life. If you wait until you are in need, they can at minimum assist you in your process. Give thanks.
