Laughter

Grand day,

Hope all is well with you and yours. Today I am giving thanks for laughter. Laughing is one of our greatest tools. It can pick us up when we are feeling low. When a situation becomes tense, laughter can calm the mood. It’s great to share with family and friends and at times even better when you are alone. 

Some use as a motivator when others doubt what they can do.  It also causes some to hesitate on pursuing their goals, because the concern of others. No matter what we chose to do, people will have something to say and may even laugh. So we might as well cast our line and pursuing our goals. 

Each day try to remember to laugh at least once, with others or by yourself. Give thanks.
