Hope all is well with you and yours. Today I am giving thanks for the benefits of deep breathing. When I started running learning how to properly breathe was key. It gave more and endurance. Years later when I began to meditate it was the first step that led to becoming a way of life.
I came across young man who was a martial artist and express to me how he was taught how to breathe. Inhale slowly and expand your stomach as far as possible – how a womans stomach look when showing while pregnant. Then exhale slowly trying to bring your belly button to your back. Goal is to do morning and night ten times. The first benefit and it comes instantly, is a calmness of mind and you will be in a state of peace. This is one of the best ways to tightening your stomach muscles, especially for the ladies. Deep breathing properly and consistently will change your life.
